We are looking for a Global Business Process Specialist to support the Core Technology Digital Team.
Who will be a part of a multi-program, multi-disciplined team with an initial scope of work supporting business processes aligned with ERP, MES and PLM systems.
The starting focus for this role will be in forecast to plan (FTP) for advancing planning business processes and system capabilities aligned with production planning and detailed scheduling.
This position will be located at a facility in Elkton, Maryland or Flagstaff, Arizona , with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
Responsibilities:
Translate strategies and practices led by the core technology process leader for business process, data, and solution implementation and to realize core technology digital strategic objectives Partner with Enterprise Global Process Owners, Enterprise Process Specialists, Digital Landscape Champion, Global Program Champion and Manager, change manager, and functional leadership to become a functional expert on business process/activity/KPI aligned application capabilities and serve as a primary liaison between the project and the division Oversee business process aligned project deliverables including business process requirements supporting technical design and configuration fit gap analysis, process translation, preparation, documentation, and change management required to support industry global business processes Organize and leverage the Core Technology subject matter experts (SMEs) to drive the adoption and change management in support of the new processes and data across functional areas Support deployment activities including facilitating business process aligned user training, user acceptance testing, go-live preparations, cutover, issue resolution Collaborate with Core Technology Data Leadership, Enterprise Data Domain Owners, and Core Technology Data Stewards for any needed intersection of process and data design and governance escalation Advocate for the process user community and functional stakeholders on all aspects related to the assigned process/activity area including process performance monitoring and compliance, solution sustainment expertise, benefit realizations, process and solution continuous improvement, issue resolution, new functionality governance and escalation, upgrades, user training, user acceptance testing, and reporting/analytics Facilitate meetings with SME's and stakeholders to understand their business needs and priorities, to support ongoing user development for user competencies, and to promote acceptance adoption Maintain partnership with IT to support translation of new business requirements into functional technical solutions and to support rollout of new capabilities and solution upgrades Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years business process or continuous improvement experience Demonstrated experience in complex global projects teaming and collaboration Experience leading continuous improvement associated with asset optimization, shop floor execution, and/or planning Experience leading across multiple projects and programs to identify and resolve conflicts relating to business process; understanding the broad impact of business process related decisions Experience developing and delivering training and supporting education materials to a broad and diverse audience Strong systems solutions aptitude and desire for continuous learning Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical (IT) and business audiences to convey complex concepts in a simple manner and relate to business impact and value to leadership Ability to influence and lead change and to deliver results despite obstacles Ability to facilitate discussions with multiple groups/cross-functional teams Ability to travel 10%, as needed to support new capability deployment
Qualifications:
Experience in supporting reporting, ERP, MES, and or PLM process and data is desirable Knowledge of Core Technology's current processes, data, and supporting systems Knowledge of production planning and detailed scheduling practices and supporting tools This position requires access to export-controlled areas and information.
