Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Maintains accounts receivable for all corporate entities.
Produces biweekly and monthly company ageing for review.
Establishes and maintains rapport with customers, observing confidentiality of client.
Utilizes computerized accounting software program.
Timely collection of monies due to corporation.
Monitor and report on deviations from established credit standards.
Assure timely and accurate invoicing.
Daily, weekly, and monthly recording of invoice totals, cash receipts, and invoice adjustments.
Completes ad-hoc reports, and projects.
Audits online-billing submissions conducted by administrative assistant position.
