We are currently seeking a Full-Time Retail/Grocery Merchandiser for an entry level position in the Harford and Cecil County regions.

Duties:
As a merchandiser, you will be responsible for stocking and merchandising our products in various grocery, retail, convenience, and mass market accounts.
You will be required to work weekends and drive from account-to-account to merchandise.
A car will be provided for transportation between accounts during work hours.
This is not a delivery position.
Essential Job Functions:
Merchandises and rotates product in assigned accounts to Pepsi Bottling Co and customer standards (e.
g.
, filling shelves and coolers, stocking displays, rotating products, removing out of date and damaged products).
Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product neatly and organized in the designated area.
Ensures neat appearance of all Pepsi Bottling Co equipment and product in assigned accounts.
Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
Effectively communicate any issues at accounts with Pepsi Bottling Co management.
Fosters relationship with account personnel and provides superior customer service to all accounts serviced.
Maintains safe working environment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Regular, reliable attendance necessary.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis.
Past job performance must reflect dependability, initiative, professional demeanor, and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced continuous lifting environment.
Ability to lift upward of 50 lbs of product repetitively.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Previous route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products, or retail management experience is strongly preferred but not required.
Minimum
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 points.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must be able to perform physical lifting, push/pulling and frequent standing/walking.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check/motor vehicle record search/drug testing including testing for marijuana.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$16/hour base, $2.
00 increase for an audit score between 90%-93%, $2.
00 increase for audit score of 94% or greater = $20/hour.
An audit score less than 90% will result in an hourly rate of $16/hour.
