Prepare outbound shipments of trade show exhibits to destination cities allowing for the timely and seamless set-up of client exhibits at trade shows.
Assemble and dismantle trade show exhibits before and after the show using various power tools, ladders and lifts.
Attention to detail, to ensure that all components and parts of the exhibit are packed according to specifications to ensure proper set up and dismantle.
Receive inbound shipments documenting components and parts received back from trade show.
Document damages and make repair recommendations.
Must be able and available to work overtime hours including Saturdays when necessary and perform other duties as assigned.
Lift up to 75 lbs on a regular basis, unassisted.
Clean and repair exhibit carpeting.
Read and understand schematic (CAD) drawings are a plus but not required, must possess the ability to write legibly Drive a standard forklift.
Work well with others in a team environment and possess a positive attitude.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have the ability to climb ladders, stand, stoop, kneel or sit for extended periods of time.
Lifting above the shoulders and head is required along with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Exhibits/Trade Show experience preferred.
High school or GED diploma required.
