## Job Purpose:
The Club Manager accomplishes financial objectives by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean gym environment and driving membership sales.
## Job Duties:
Maintains a clean, functional and organized gym with provided tools and guidelines.
Completes cleaning tasks during each shift including, but not limited to cleaning gym equipment, mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning, etc.
Determines and communicates equipment repair needs in a timely manner.
Attracts potential members by answering membership and service questions as well as suggesting information about options and services.
Follows training in best practices of salesmanship to maximize conversion rate.
Opens member accounts by accurately recording account information.
Follows up on sales leads, tracks the leads on company's Prospect Database and uses that system to improve sales.
Generate membership prospects through various activities such as: developing relationships with local businesses; identify advertising targets; involvement with related organizations, building partnerships with resident organizations (such as apartment complexes, neighborhood associations, etc.).
Customer Service:
Remains customer focused in all interactions with members and prospective members.
Maintains member records as necessary by updating account information.
Resolves billing or service problems; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up.
Maintains proper records per company policies and procedures.
Collects feedback from members and shares suggestions with management.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
