Basic knowledge of residential or commercial construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, and materials.
Knowledge of standard hand and power tools and equipment used in painting activities. Ability to read blueprints.
Mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to take and compute measurements.
Interpersonal and Communications Skills:
English is perferred.
Excellent communications and customer service skills a must.
Able to understand verbal and written instructions.
Adept at establishing relationships with all parties involved in the construction process that facilitate harmonious working relationships during project, and permit prompt resolution of problems and conflicts as they occur.
Organizational Skills:
Able to organize assigned tasks, for completion alone or with help.
Able to complete and fulfill paperwork required for personal time sheets.
Required Screening:
Minimum Qualifications for consideration: A criminal background check, results of which are not necessarily a bar to employment, and a drug screen are required.
Physical Functions Required:
Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods employee may be required to climb or balance; bending, stooping, kneel, crouch or crawl, reaching up, use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms, regularly lift and or move up to 75 pounds.
Ability to work while wearing required personal safety equipment which includes gloves, safety glasses, safety harness, safety vest and steel toe shoes or boots. Ability to wear a respirator and/or self contained breathing apparatus (SCBA).
Possible exposure to chemicals requiring safety equipment.
Clean appearance and hygiene.
No visible tattoos.
No visible body piercing other than small post earrings.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
