Maintenance Manager - Injection Molding

This individual will be responsible for all activities within the Injection department relating to production,support equipment and the maintenance team personnel.
Having strong communication and leadership skills are thefoundation for success in this role.

- Prioritizing safety and quality (of product and work) as jobs one- Managing maintenance activities in preventive and reactive maintenance- Identification and/or development of resources- Having working knowledge of injection molding and facility operations- Understanding manufacturing budgetary constraints- Being open to off hour communication with the plantSkills/QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; 5
years of maintenance management experience in amanufacturing environment.
- Husky experience a plus!- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills- Proven leadership ability and coaching skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven organizational skills- Working knowledge of MS Office applications- Ability to work well in a diversified manufacturing environment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
